-
Absolutely! As long as they all get the same print and you meet the minimum order quantity of 12 t-shirts. For example, you can order 6x T-Shirts, 4x Hoodies and 2x Singlets, if they all have the same print.
-
We follow the industry of using the same set of screens per design; that is, the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different item sizes, please let us know at the time of requesting your quote. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums, charged accordingly. Please keep the maximum print size in mind when printing from Small up to XXLarge Adults tees. It is the normal process to make the print the maximum size available on your smallest size. We normally quote kids sizes separately.
Example Order: Joe Bloggs Limited. orders 40 youth shirts and 60 Unisex shirts with the same design. Excellent Screen Printers Ltd will have to make two sets of screens. Joe Bloggs Limited will be charged 2 set-up fees (1x Youth & 1x Adults) and 40 Quantity pricing for the youth shirts and 60 Quantity pricing for the Unisex shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

We do offer contract printing for pre-approved resellers only. This is usually large fashion labels, agencies etc. If you are a gym, business or start-up we have competitive wholesale pricing on our apparel ranges and getting garments through us ensures you get our best print price.
-
No, Sorry for hygiene reasons we only accept orders for new garments only.
-
We work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you're expecting, but if your order doesn't match the print spec you approved, you can return the shirts and ask for a reprint.
Also remember, screen printing is more of an artistic process and craft than the average offset print. A little variation of 1-3% in print position and print size is to be expected due to the ink curing process.
-
We use the internationally recognised, Pantone Solid Coated colour mixing system. We cannot match to CMYK, HEX, RGB, Pantone Textile or other codes other than Pantone Solid Coated Guide, but we will endeavour to match to the closest available Pantone colour.
-
No. We do not allow the mixing of colours that are not in the Pantone Solid Colour guide. Using the Pantone system allows us to match your colour if we reprint your design months or even years later.
-
A Spot Colour is any (solid) colour generated by an ink (pure or mixed) that is printed using a single run. Each Spot colour requires it's own Film Positive and Screen. We can screen print up to 6 individual spot colours.
-
Single Colour Halftones, Simulated Process and CMYK Prints are made up of tiny dots as opposed to Line Art (Spot Colours) which is a solid colour.
Halftones are used to produce "fine" shading and blends on your Tees and are usually just one colour. They can also be used to great effect in reproducing Black & White photos on garments.
SIMULATED PROCESS and CMYK on the other hand are for producing full-colour images (photos etc) on garments. The full-colour effect is achieved by combining 4-7 colours. It is similar to the way magazines and newspapers reproduce photos (check it out with a magnifying glass!).
Due to the number of screens required and the time-consuming to set up on the printing machinery, these methods are recommended for large runs over 100pcs.
Both methods have their uses, and at ESP we have a lot of experience in achieving spectacular results.
-
The time it takes for our team to create your film, screens and align on our printing machine makes it very costly to produce a one off sample. To avoid the need to sample in the first place, our Expert Designers will supply digital print specs to show your artwork accurately placed and scaled on the garment for your approval. You can also request to approve the colour on the first print , before we start production.
-
No, you have paid for the use of the screens only. When your job is complete the screens are reclaimed and used again for other jobs.
-
Absolutely, just start with a new Quote Request informing us of your previous order number. We keep a record of your design details and you will not need to pay again for film and art and if you re-order within 3 months the screens are on us.
